Do you offer custom plushies? Closed at this time (sorry)
a: yes we do !! Any size, color or type of plushie you would like.
How long will it take for me to get my custom plushie ?
a: our turn around time is about 3-4 weeks. Sometimes you will get Custom plushies sooner or longer ,if we have to ship it may take even longer depending on where you are located
WARNING** plushies have safety eyes and if removed or pulled out may cause choking **
How do I clean and care for my plushie ?
a: Always Hand wash plushies, and never dry them in a dryer. Always air dry … to care for them just give them lots of love ❤️❤️
What if my plushies tail or arm comes off??
a: we will fix it for free.. this usually doesn’t happen but sometime if you get a little rough it can happen. Please contact us and let us know
Do you accept returns ?
a: Yes,, within 30 day’s only.. and must not have any wear or tear on plushie.
Do you offer custom stickers?
a: yes we do.
Can you draw me a digital graphic of my pet?
a: yes we can
Can you make my pet into a plushie ??
a: yes we can all we need is a photo

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return and Refund policy
- Terms of return : within 30 days Only
- State of return: must have no wear or tear… meaning if you was rough With the plushie we will not accept a return.
- Reason for return: show us photos of why you are returning. We do offer to fix limbs if needed.
- Process for return: contact or email us with the reason and photos and read the following listed here and then contact us. Once we have spoke of the return matter we will come to an agreement… then the payment will be processed if we agree
